Carrier Requirements
Active Common or Contract Authority (1 year+)
Certificate of Insurance: $100k cargo, $1M Auto, and $1M commercial general liability coverage
Safety Rating of at least Satisfactory (or None)
NO FREIGHTGUARD
Paperwork Needed
MC, DOT, or State Registration Number
Tax ID and W9 Information
